No. The Chick-fil-A delivery settlement closed Feb. 15, 2024. That was the last day to file a claim. The settlement site said payments went out by email on June 7, 2024.
If an ad or a text says you can still file a Chick-fil-A claim, be careful. Here is what the deal was, who it covered, and other places you may be able to claim money now.
Is the Chick-fil-A settlement still open?
No. The claim period is over. The case was called Mayheu v. Chick-fil-A, Inc. It was in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia.
The deadline to file a claim was February 15, 2024. The court held a hearing on February 29, 2024. After that, the settlement site said the deal "was approved." Later it said cash and gift cards "were sent out June 7, 2024 by email."
The official site is no longer online. We read saved copies of it on the Internet Archive, at web.archive.org. By February 2025, a saved copy of the old web address showed an unrelated page about slot machine apps. Do not go to the old address or type any of your facts there.
What was the Chick-fil-A settlement about?
It was about delivery orders. The suit said Chick-fil-A made "false or misleading representations" about delivery fees and menu prices for delivery orders.
Chick-fil-A denied the claims and denied doing anything wrong. The court did not decide who was right. The two sides agreed to settle.
As part of the deal, Chick-fil-A agreed to keep this note at checkout, or one much like it. It says, "Menu prices for delivery are higher than at the restaurant."
Who could file a claim?
The deal covered people who made a Chick-fil-A delivery order through the Chick-fil-A One app or website between November 1, 2019, and April 30, 2021. The order had to come from a Chick-fil-A in one of these states:
- California
- Florida
- Georgia
- New Jersey
- New York
Orders through other apps did not count. The site named DoorDash as one example.
How much did people get?
Each person who filed could pick cash or a Chick-fil-A e-gift card. The site said each one was worth "up to $29.25."
- Cash: The deal set up a cash fund of $1,450,000. Lawyers' fees and other costs came out first. The lawyers could ask for up to $880,000 in fees. If there was not enough left to pay each person $29.25, the cash was to be split in equal shares.
- Gift cards: The e-gift cards could not top $2,950,000 in total retail value. If there was not enough to give each person $29.25, each card was to be cut by the same share.
The site listed these as two separate limits, one for cash and one for gift cards. We did not find a record of how much each person got in the end.
Can I still file a late claim?
We found no way to file now. Claims had to be filed online or postmarked by February 15, 2024. The site said a claim form was "the only way" to get cash or a gift card. The payments went out in 2024, and the site is gone.
I filed a claim. Where is my money?
The site said awards went "to the email address provided on the claim form on June 7, 2024." Check the email you used when you filed. Look in your spam and junk folders, too.
The claims company was Epiq. The old site and its contact page are gone, so we cannot give you a working way to reach them.
Is a new Chick-fil-A settlement real or a scam?
Be careful. On October 27, 2026, we did not find an open Chick-fil-A class action settlement. We also did not find a Chick-fil-A refund on the FTC's list of refund programs.
So if a text, email, or ad says you can file a Chick-fil-A claim now, it is safer not to click it. To stay safe:
- Do not pay to file. The FTC says real agencies and groups "will never ask for money to help you get a refund."
- Do not give your Social Security number or bank account number to anyone who contacts you about a refund.
- Look up the case yourself. Do not use a link or phone number from the message.
- Report fakes at ReportFraud.ftc.gov.

What settlements can I claim now?
Some are open now. Our list of settlements and refunds shows ones you can check, with their deadlines. A few to look at:
- Bought an iPhone 16 or iPhone 15 Pro? See the Apple Siri settlement.
- Used GoodRx? See the GoodRx privacy settlement.
- Own a Hyundai or Kia, or used to? See the airbag settlement.
- Paid a fee at an ATM that no bank owned? See the ATM fee settlement.
The FTC also sends some refunds itself. It says it is sending payments to some Grubhub drivers and diners. Its page for those payments is dated August 2026. You can also search for unclaimed money for free.
