Benefit applications and existing cases

We cannot submit an application, check a case, change a waiting-list record, replace a benefits card, or contact an agency on your behalf. Use the official link on the relevant program page or contact a listed Public Housing Agency.

Do not email sensitive documents or identifiers. We do not need and do not want Social Security numbers, account numbers, benefit case numbers, medical records, identity documents, or application files.
