Your Privacy Choices
You control whether we share your information with marketing partners, and you can ask us to delete it entirely.
1. Global Privacy Control — automatic
If your browser or a browser extension sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we detect it and treat it as an opt-out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. When GPC is on and you use our questionnaire, your information is not transmitted to marketing partners, and we display an on-screen confirmation that we received the signal. Nothing else is required from you.
2. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
To opt out without GPC, email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share" from the email address you gave us, or write to the postal address below. Include the email address and ZIP code you submitted so we can find your record. We will process the request without requiring you to create an account, and we will not treat you differently for making it.
3. Delete, access, or correct your information
Email [email protected] with "Delete," "Access," or "Correct" in the subject line. We verify requests by matching information you already provided. If we deny a request, our response explains why and how to appeal — you may appeal by replying to that response.
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission that we can verify.
4. Stop calls, texts, and emails
- Texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any message, or email [email protected].
- Calls and all channels at once: email us and say you are revoking consent — we apply it across email, phone, and text and add you to our suppression list.
- Partners who already received your information maintain their own opt-out processes; opting out with us stops future sharing but you may need to contact a partner directly to stop their contact. Tell us who contacted you and we will pass the revocation along.
5. What opting out does not do
Opting out does not remove you from any government program, does not affect any application you filed with an agency, and does not change your eligibility for anything. We are not a government agency and hold no benefit records.
