What this service is

CalculateBenefits provides general information about government and community assistance programs, and an optional questionnaire that matches you to programs and to offers from marketing partners. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or eligibility advice, and it is not a government website. We are privately owned and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency.

What we cannot do

• We cannot approve, deny, expedite, or file any benefit application. Only the administering agency determines eligibility and amounts.
• We do not guarantee that you qualify for anything, or that any program, amount, or offer will be available to you.
• Applying for government benefits is always free. We never charge to apply and we advise against paying anyone for something available at no cost. Partners' own paid services may carry fees, which those partners must disclose.

Accuracy

We verify published figures against primary government sources and show the date of verification. Program rules change, sometimes without notice, and figures we cannot re-verify are removed rather than carried forward. Even so, we make no warranty of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose — always confirm with the agency through the official links we provide.

Using the questionnaire

You must be at least 18 and a U.S. resident. Provide truthful information about yourself only; do not submit another person's contact details. By submitting, you agree that your information may be shared with marketing partners as described in our Privacy Policy and Marketing Partners page, and — if you check the phone consent box — that you may be contacted by call or text including with automated technology. Consent is never required to use this site. You may withdraw consent at any time through Your Privacy Choices.

Third parties

We link to government sites and to partner offers. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, services, or practices. We may be compensated when you interact with a partner offer; that compensation never changes the program facts we publish.

Acceptable use and changes

Do not scrape at a rate that degrades the service, submit false information, or use the site to violate any law. Our published dataset may be downloaded and cited with attribution. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Use of the site is at your own discretion and risk.
