SNRHA's main office is open to the public Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm, at 340 N 11th Street in Las Vegas. Most waiting lists only take new applications online while they are open, so call first before you make a trip.

Before and after you apply

Make a free account on SNRHA's RentCafe portal so you're ready to apply the moment a list opens.
When a list is open, you fill out a short pre-application (about 15 minutes) with your household names, ages, and income.
After a list closes, SNRHA picks people by lottery, then emails and mails a letter to those picked, so check your email and mail.
You'll need a computer or phone with internet and an active email address to apply and to get updates.
Veterans can apply to Affordable, RAD, or Public Housing at any time, even when the regular list is closed, either online or in person at the main office.
