INLIVIAN uses a site-based system — you apply separately to each apartment community you're interested in, not one single waiting list.
You need a valid email address to use the online Applicant Portal.
Keep your address and contact information updated in the portal — INLIVIAN says: "Please make sure to keep your address updated with the property, so when your application reaches the top of the wait list, we can reach you."
If you're already on the HCV waiting list, you'll get a letter every year asking you to confirm you still want to stay on it — you must respond.
