Which settlements can I claim now?
Here are the open claims we could confirm, soonest deadline first. Read the rules on the official site before you file. Only file if the rules fit you. Many claim forms ask you to swear your answers are true.
CVS website and app privacy settlement
- Who can claim: People who used CVS websites or the CVS app, such as CVS.com and CVSHealth.com, in the U.S. before July 27, 2026.
- Proof needed: None for the smaller payment. Proof that you are in the group for the larger one.
- Payment: The site says "up to Five U.S. Dollars ($5.00) without documentation, or up to Ten U.S. Dollars ($10.00) with proof of membership in the Settlement Class." The FAQ says payments may go down if many people file.
- Deadline: Nov. 16, 2026.

Amazon returns settlement
- Who can claim: People who started a return or asked for a refund on a physical item sold on Amazon.com and received in the U.S. from Sept. 5, 2017, to Feb. 12, 2026. It covers people who wrongly got no refund, got a late or wrong refund, or were wrongly charged again later.
- Proof needed: The notice says people in Subclass A do not need to file a claim form, but should pick a payment method on the site. People in Subclass B must file a claim that shows they are likely in that group. The notice points to the settlement papers for who is in each group.
- Payment: No set amount. The notice says Subclass B payments are "proportional to the unpaid transaction amounts."
- Deadline: Dec. 1, 2026, for Subclass B claims.
- Official site: ReturnSettlement.com
Not sure which group you are in? The official notice says to check the site or call 1-888-553-4246.
Kroger pharmacy settlement
- Who can claim: People in the U.S. who paid for a prescription at Kroger, in whole or in part, using insurance, from Dec. 9, 2018, through Aug. 23, 2026.
- Proof needed: Claims of $8,000 or more need papers. Smaller claims may be asked for papers, too.
- Payment: No set amount. The notice says the money will be split "on a pro rata basis," which means by share.
- Deadline: Dec. 21, 2026.
- Official site: KrogerSavingsClubSettlement.com
Telmate (ViaPath) data breach settlement
- Who can claim: People in the U.S. whose personal information was hit in the Telmate data breach in August 2020. Telmate runs services like GettingOut for people in jail or prison and their families.
- Proof needed: None for the cash payment. The FAQ says "No documentation is required." Papers are needed to get back money you lost. The online claim form asks for a Class Member ID. Questions? The site lists 833-453-3721.
- Payment: A share of the fund. The FAQ says the amount will depend on the number of valid claims. You can also ask for up to $5,000 for losses from the breach that no one has paid you back for.
- Deadline: Dec. 21, 2026.
- Official site: TelmateDataBreachSettlement.com
RealPage renters settlement

- Proof needed: Yes. For each address, send proof of rent for at least one month. A lease, bank statement, or canceled check can work.
- Payment: The FAQ says "it is not known whether, or precisely how much," each person will get.
- Deadline: Jan. 29, 2027, by 11:59 p.m. Eastern.
- Official site: RealPageRentalSettlement.com
You can look up your address on the site's property list. The notice says you may still file if your building is not on the list. But it also says only people who rented a unit on the list can get a payment.
Visa and Mastercard ATM fee settlement
- Who can claim: People charged a fee to take cash from their bank account at an ATM in the U.S. that is not owned by any bank or other financial institution, Visa, or Mastercard, from Oct. 24, 2007, to Aug. 14, 2026, and not fully paid back by their bank. A fee at another bank's ATM does not count. Credit card, cash advance, and prepaid card uses do not count, either.
- Proof needed: None to file. The form says "You do not need to provide any documentation at this time." You may be asked for proof later.
- Payment: A share of the fund. The FAQ says "nobody can know in advance how much the payment will be."
- Deadline: Feb. 10, 2027.

- Proof needed: None to file. The site says "No receipts are necessary for submitting a Claim Form." If you pick the option based on what you spent, you may be asked for proof later.
- Payment: The FAQ says how much each person will get "is unknown."
- Deadline: March 8, 2027.
- Official site: AGGenericDrugsClaims.com

Do I need receipts?
Not for all of them. The ATM fee, generic drug, and CVS claims need no proof to file. The Telmate cash payment needs none, either. You may still be asked for proof later.
The RealPage claim needs proof of rent for each address. Kroger and Amazon returns may ask for papers, too.
How much will I get?
No one can say yet. Most of these split the money by share. Your payment depends on how many people file and how much is left after fees and costs.
We do not guess at payments. We only quote what each official site says. Only the CVS claim names a top amount for a no-proof payment. That amount is small.
When will payments go out?
Not until a court gives final approval, and any appeals end. That can take months or longer. For the generic drug claim, the site says no money goes out before a court hearing on Sept. 8, 2027. RealPage already has final approval. But its site says, "There will be no payments at this time."
Which payments come on their own?
Payments that come on their own (no claim needed)
Amazon Prime refunds (FTC). This is for some U.S. Prime members who signed up through certain sign-up pages, or could not cancel online, from June 23, 2019, to June 23, 2025, and used 20 or fewer Prime benefits in any 12-month period after signing up. The FTC says there is no claim to file. Amazon sends payments by check, PayPal, or Venmo. The FTC says the most anyone can get in total is $200. It says people who qualify will get their refund by April 2027. Payments expire 60 days after the issue date. See the FTC's Amazon refund page or our Amazon Prime refund guide.
Cleo AI refunds (FTC). This is for people who paid Cleo AI, a cash advance app, for some instant cash advances. Starting Oct. 27, 2026, the FTC will send 2,124,796 PayPal payments. The FTC says people who can get a payment will get an email from [email protected] between Oct. 8 and Oct. 26, 2026. If you get a PayPal payment, the FTC says to accept it within 30 days. See the FTC's Cleo AI refund page.
How do I spot a fake settlement?
You do not have to pay anyone to file a claim. Fakes often ask for a fee or your private details. Here is what the FTC says to watch for:
- The FTC never asks you to pay to get a refund.
- The FTC never asks for your Social Security number or bank account number.
- The FTC will never demand money, make threats, tell you to move money, or promise you a prize.
- Real FTC refund cases are listed at ftc.gov/refunds.
- Do not click links in emails that seem to come from the FTC or PayPal. Type the web address yourself.
Some settlement sites warn about this, too. The RealPage site says you do not need to pay a lawyer or a company to file. The Telmate site says it is "the only authorized website for this case."
Report scams at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Our guide on how to tell a real program from a scam has more tips.
Is this site part of these settlements?
No. CalculateBenefits is an independent site. We are not a court, the FTC, a law firm, or a settlement team. We cannot file for you or check on a claim. We do not give legal advice.

Money may be waiting for you in other places, too. Try our free unclaimed money guide. You can also check for an IRS tax refund you never claimed or a lost pension or life insurance policy.
